The world as it really is. On 4 September 2026 the UN General Assembly adopted the resolution "Correct the Map" by 164 votes to 1, recommending the equal-area Equal Earth projection instead of Mercator, which shows Greenland the size of Africa although Africa is about 14 times larger. This poster shows exactly that map in Midnight Blue & Gold - deep navy with a warm antique gold: the continents as quiet silhouettes, a fine 15° graticule, projection and UN recommendation printed on the sheet. Unlabelled, for living rooms, studies, offices and classrooms.
