Cancellation policy

The German version is legally binding; this translation is for convenience.

A. Digital content (instant downloads)

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires once I have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that I begin before the withdrawal period expires and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent in the checkout. You receive confirmation of the contract by email.

B. Physical products (printed posters)

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Alexander Benke, CartoClear, Parkstr. 1b
23843 Bad Oldesloe, email: cartoclear@outlook.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form on the German page, but this is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal. I will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back. You must send back the goods within fourteen days and bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
