Terms

Version: 28.09.2026. The German version is legally binding; this translation is for convenience.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop cartoclear.com between Alexander Benke, CartoClear, Parkstr. 1b
23843 Bad Oldesloe ("CartoClear") and its customers.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. By clicking "Place order and pay" and completing the payment you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation by email or with the provision of the downloads. Contract languages are German and English.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged. Shipping costs for printed posters are shown before you complete the order. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, depending on availability).

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are available for download immediately after payment – on the order page and by email. Download links are valid for 30 days. No physical media are shipped.

5. Delivery of printed posters

Printed posters are produced by our print partner Gelato and shipped directly to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Licence for digital products

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use and print the files for private purposes. Teaching material may also be used in your own lessons as stated in the product description. Sharing, reselling, publishing and commercial use are not permitted unless expressly agreed.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy. For digital content it expires early under the conditions stated there.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence are not restricted.
