Push Pin Travel Map Printable, World Map for Pins, Equal Earth Projection

Where have you been? This push pin world map shows every country labelled and at its true size: on 4 September 2026 the UN General Assembly adopted the “Correct the Map” resolution by 164 votes to 1 and recommends the equal-area Equal Earth projection instead of Mercator, which shows Greenland as large as Africa although Africa is about 14 times bigger. Calm ivory ground, soft blue-grey seas, light land with fine borders: the map stays in the background so your pins tell the story. Title “Where We’ve Been”, every country named, oceans and seas, fine 15° graticule.

WHAT YOU GET

HOW TO TURN IT INTO A PIN BOARD

Have the PDF printed as a poster in your chosen size at a print shop or online (matte paper, 150–200 gsm). Mount it on a cork board, foam board (5–10 mm) or pin board, or use a frame with a cork backing. Then mark the places you have visited with push pins, map pins or flag markers, for example one colour per person or per year. Large sizes need a suitable printer; A0 and 100 × 70 look best.
