Does the product look exactly like the preview?

Yes. The preview is made with the same program, map data and fonts as the print file – exactly this design is produced. The product view is simplified; colours may vary slightly by screen.

My town isn't found – what now?

Just type the coordinates, e.g. “42.36, -71.06” (in Google Maps: right-click the spot). The symbol is then placed exactly there.

When will my order arrive?

We make it to order. Within Germany it usually arrives in 5–9 business days, within the EU in 6–11 business days. You'll get a shipping email with tracking.

Can I return it?

Personalised items cannot be returned (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, you get a free replacement – just write to us.
